We are pleased to announce details of this year’s Sports Day at Worthing High School. Our Activ8 day this year will follow a slightly different format to previous years!

Applications for Brighton and Sussex Medical School 2020/21 intake are now open for Year 8 – Year 11 students that live within Sussex.
There’s still time for all our students, parents, carers and staff to take part in the launch of National Skills Days and just let us know of any skill or skills you all may have so we can highlight them.

Most of us over the last few weeks will have possibly experienced low moods, aching limbs (mainly necks), sleepless nights or bad sleep quality and constant snacking. It is normal to have developed some bad habits and to have let some good ones drop.
