We have been advised by Public Health England that there has been a confirmed case of COVID-19 within the school which involved a student in Year 10.
As you will be aware from my email last night, we were advised yesterday, by Public Health England that there was a confirmed case of COVID-19 within the school which involved a student in Year 10.
The Year 9’s will have an assembly on Thursday 17 December about the Curriculum choices process, as they start to make decisions about what subjects they would like to take at Key Stage 4.
We are looking for sport and dance leaders in all year groups.
Our student leadership team are aiming to bring a sense of community back at the end of term, whilst following the necessary guidelines to keep us all safe.
Students are expected to follow their timetable and log on to the relevant Team for the lesson timetabled for that particular period.

Inter community sports competitions have been going well - fantastic to see so many students getting involved, keeping fit and having lots of fun!
As inter community competitions will be taking place for all year group bubbles, no additional clubs will be able to run. Exceptions to this will be Period 6 and Period 0 for Year 11 students only. Year 11 sessions which will continue to run during inter community competitions are: P6 Volleyball Tuesday, P0 GCSE PE revision Thursday and P6 Dance Friday will run as normal.
The AGM of SDET takes place by ZOOM on Monday 7 December at 4pm.
Our Year 11 Subject Review evening will take place virtually on the 10 December between 3pm and 7pm.
On the last day of term (Friday 18th Dec) we will be holding a Christmas Jumper day to raise money for Save the Children.
