The Easter Food Challenges proved to be very popular and I would like to encourage people to carry on baking. I am going to set a new challenge each fortnight

Please bake a cake - a family favourite and send your photos to me

Deadline - Friday 1 May by 4pm

The photos will be posted on the new Food twitter account @WHS_food and there will be awards for the best cakes - judged on appearance and interesting use of flavours.
