As a student of Worthing High School, you are entitled to install a copy of the latest Microsoft Office package on five devices FREE of charge. This can be a computer, iPad or other mobile devices.

To do this you need to go to HERE. Once you have reached the logon page please type in your school email address and your normal school password.

When you login you will see all the software packages you are entitled to download. You should see Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Publisher for your studies. You don't need to alter the Language (defaults to English:United States) just click on install.

This will download the set up program to your computer (speed will vary according to your home connection). Just click on the download and accept the licence agreement. 

You don't need to sit through the video however if you are not familiar with the software it might be of some use. 

The next step is to choose how Office will look and then you can start installing it. 

If you want to see what Office has to offer click "Take A Look". If not click "No Thanks". Either way it will start installing the software.

After installation has finished you are ready to use the software. 

This licence is only valid during your time at Worthing High School. Once you leave the licence will be switched off. You will then have to obtain a Office Home licence or the software will need to uninstalled.
