Year 8 HPV Vaccination - Dose 1

An email went out on 4 May to all Year 8 parents with a parent letter and information leaflet attached advising you that the local NHS Immunisation Team are coming into school on Thursday 27 May 2021 to offer your year 8 child the HPV vaccination Dose 1.

The parent letter contains the link for the online consent form. The online consent closes at 11am, two working days prior to the date of the session on Thursday 27 May, which will be the 25 May

Year 9 and Year 10 HPV Vaccination - Dose 2

The Immunisation Service are coming into school on Thursday 27 May 2021 to offer year 9 and 10 the HPV vaccination Dose 2.

Please note; we are aware that some of the students have had their vaccination outside of school already therefore they will not be included in the schedule on the day.
