POSTPONED Teenage Booster Vaccinations Year 9 - 26 March 2020
All Year 9 students should now have received the letter, leaflet and consent form for the Teenage Booster Vaccinations.
Completed consent forms should be returned to form tutors or to the Main Office by 10th March 2020.
We cannot guarantee there will be sufficient spare vaccines for students who return their forms after this date as vaccines are ordered from the supplier according to the number of consents received.
