Private Fostering Arrangements
WSCC would like to raise awareness of Private Fostering. with parents and carers.
Have you had someone else's child living with you for 28 days or more?
Private Fostering is when someone under 16 (or 18 if registered disabled), is cared for by an adult who is not a close relative - such as cousins, great aunts/great uncles, great grandparents, family friends and neighbours for over 28 days.
It is your legal duty to let WSCC know about any Private Fostering arrangement - please call WSCC on 01403 229900 for more information or email MASH@westsussex.gov.uk
