Professional development is linked to school improvement priorities and to the ongoing professional development needs and priorities of individuals.

 We work closely with GLF who are the Teaching Schools Hub for West Sussex. We have been very successful in running the National Professional Qualification’s and have delivered these to staff in our own school and candidates from other schools in the local area.
