The Immunisation Service Team will be in school on 7 February 2022 to offer Y8 and Y9 children the HPV vaccination.

If you have not yet completed the online HPV consent form for your child, it is not too late. Please note only Y8 parents need to complete the consent form as Y9 parents completed theirs when their child was in Y8.

The online consent form will be available for completion until 11am, three working days before the session date above. (Wednesday 2 February 2022)
